Some notes on language:<\/p>\n
I first had “real soon” instead of “really soon” in the last panel, then I googled to find out why I wanted to use an adjective as an adverb. Apparently, it can be used that way, but mostly in American English.<\/p>\n
(Any comments on that from native English speakers from any side of the Atlantic…?)<\/p>\n
I haven’t decided on an official Hellfire Cowboys language yet (what, it’s only been 159 pages…), but it should probably be British English since the comic is set in Europe. However, most of the things I read on the internet are written by Americans, so that’s the language I’m unconsciously learning every day… So it’s probably going to be a mixture of both, full of grammar\/spelling inconsistencies and (hopefully not too many) mistakes.<\/p>\n
